Introduction
Our 9-days trip brings you the highlights of Uganda: where the savannah meets the rainforest. Expect to see the animals of the savannahs (lion, elephant, buffalo, giraffe, hippo, leopards, impalas, Elands and so much more) and up to 15 primate species, including Mountain gorillas and chimps!!!
This trip specifically includes the most important and well known national parks of Uganda: Kibale Forest National Park, Queen Elizabeth National Park, Bwindi National Park, and Lake Mburo National Park.

Detailed itinerary
Day 1: Entebbe Airport – Entebbe
Arrival at Entebbe Airport. Your guide will be there waiting for you. Pick up and proceed to your accommodation. On arrival you will get general briefing from your safari guide on how your safari shall be conducted and run, expect to be notified about the dos and donts.

Day 2- drive to Kibale
You wake up early morning and head to Kibale forest national park, the park is found in the western part of the country and basically this drive will take you 4-5 hours’ drive depending on the stop overs on the way.
Expect a lot to see on the way like beautiful landscapes, forests open savannah and beautiful people’s culture.
You will have hot lunch at the hotel and relax then after depending on your fitness you can decide to go for an interesting Bigodi swamp walk.

Day 3: Kibale Forest
On this day you shall wake up early in the morning well dressed in the attires of Chimpanzee tracking, that is; long sleeved shirts, long pants, gloves and you should remember to carry with you rain gears. at the starting point you will get the last briefing and then proceed into the forest for the great experience. For people interested in primates and birds and willing to make another walk, we can make a community walk in the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary as well. It is also possible to visit the local people or the crater lakes.
It is also possible to make a night walk through the forest to see the animals of the night, like bush babies (optional). Included: chimp tracking.

Day 4 Queen Elizabeth National Park
Transfer to the Queen Elizabeth National Park. On our way we pass the equator. Game drive in the afternoon; on this game drive expect to see a lot of animals like elephants, buffaloes, lions, antelopes, kobs, forest hogs, bush pigs and so much more. Queen Elizabeth National Park is one of the best place in Uganda to see wildlife due to it being
the leading national park in E. Africa with mammal species, it has over 95 mammal species. Included: game drive

Day 5 Queen Elizabeth National Park
Game drive in the morning. Boat trip on the Kazinga Channel in the afternoon. The Kazinga Channel is one of the highlights of Uganda and has the highest concentration of hippos in the world. Included: game drive, boat trip

Day 6 Bwindi National Park
After breakfast we drive through Queen Elizabeth National Park to the Ishasha sector in the South. Afterwards we drive to Bwindi Impenetrable. On our way we pass through interesting villages and have some breath taking views of the mountains. Bwindi Impenetrable is a unique jungle, with many monkey species. Bwindi is one of the 2 places in the world where you can find Mountain Gorillas!

Day 7 Bwindi National Park
Gorilla tracking!!! Early morning departure with your ranger to search for one of the world’s most interesting and endangered animal, the Mountain Gorilla! You will spend one hour with one of our closest relatives. An experience you will never forget.

Day 8 Lake Mburo
After breakfast we drive to Lake Mburo National Park. On arrival in the park we shall have a Game drive and on this game drive expect to see plenty of animals like buffaloes, giraffes, elands, zebras, Impalas, bush-backs, leopards. Included: game drive, walking safari

Day 9 Entebbe
You will Game drive or game walk in the morning, this will give you great chances of seeing animals up-close next to you, after the game walk or safari walk you will hit the road back to Entebbe. On our way we can make a stopover at the Equator for photos.
